For anything about your account, a key, a charge, or an API's behaviour, email support@twotic.dev. Include your account email and, where relevant, the timestamp of the call — that makes it findable in the logs immediately.

Security

To report a vulnerability, email security@twotic.dev. Please do not open a public issue. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that avoids privacy violations, data destruction and service degradation.

Feature requests

If you want an API that does not exist yet, the request board is the right place — it is public, votes are visible, and what gets built is decided from it.

Response times

We aim to answer within one business day. Everything runs over email so there is always a written record of what was agreed.
